Extreme heat resistance up to 260°C (500°F). Ideal for high-temperature curing, wave soldering, and PCB masking. Superior chemical resistance. Customisation options: backing thickness 0.02-0.1mm, silicone adhesive thickness 0.02-0.1mm, widths 3-500mm, liner optional for die-cutting applications.
Crepe Paper Tape
Economical solution for temperatures up to 120°C (250°F). Conformable and easy to tear by hand. Suitable for general masking, bundling, and low-temperature paint applications. Customisation options: backing thickness 0.10-0.15mm, rubber or acrylic adhesive, widths 6-500mm, various adhesive strengths available.
Fabric Tape (Cloth Tape)
Heavy-duty cloth backing provides excellent conformability and tear resistance. Ideal for masking during sand or bead blasting processes. Temperature resistance up to 80°C. Customisation options: various backing thicknesses, custom widths 12-100mm, various colors and adhesive strengths.
Glass Cloth Tape
Woven fiberglass backing offers exceptional strength and heat resistance up to 200°C (390°F). Ideal for high-temperature insulation, splicing, and reinforcement. Excellent chemical resistance. Customisation options: backing thickness 0.13-0.25mm, silicone adhesive, widths 6-300mm, with or without liner.
Aluminum Foil Tape
Metal foil backing provides excellent heat reflection and moisture barrier properties. Temperature resistance up to 150°C (300°F). Used for HVAC, insulation sealing, and heat shielding. Customisation options: foil thickness 0.05-0.10mm, acrylic adhesive thickness 0.03-0.05mm, widths 12-100mm, liner optional.
