Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to separate quotations and may require advance payment. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective or not manufactured to agreed specifications.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other payment methods as specified. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After production has begun, cancellation may be subject to restocking fees or charges for work completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DAP (Delivered at Place) shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Restocking fees may apply.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
